Review Attorney

Description

We are looking for an experienced attorney to support a contract engagement focused on antitrust litigation. The role begins immediately and is expected to continue for at least several months, offering the chance to contribute meaningfully to a complex legal matter.

Responsibilities:

• Handle substantive legal work related to an antitrust litigation matter, including case analysis, issue spotting, and support for litigation strategy.

• Review, organize, and assess case documents to ensure materials are accurately coded, tracked, and prepared for use in the matter.

• Conduct detailed document coding and maintain consistency across large volumes of legal records and evidence.

• Perform conflict review support by examining parties, entities, and related records connected to the litigation.

• Prepare written legal summaries, findings, and case-related materials for attorney review and matter progression.

• Work independently to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output throughout the engagement.

• Coordinate with legal team members to support discovery activities, document analysis, and ongoing case development.

Requirements • Licensed attorney or lawyer with experience supporting litigation matters, ideally within antitrust or complex commercial disputes.

• Demonstrated ability to perform document coding with strong accuracy and careful attention to detail.

• Proven capability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.

• Availability to start immediately and commit to an engagement lasting at least several months.

• Experience handling large sets of legal documents, discovery materials, or case files in a legal environment.
