Full job description
Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst to provide equipment support to our government customer in Dahlgren, VA.
Program Analyst Essential Responsibilities:

Provide programmatic and analytical support for the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned programs and projects.
-
Track program schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and performance metrics to ensure requirements are completed on time.
-
Analyze program data, identify trends, risks, issues, and potential impacts, and provide recommendations to program leadership.
-
Support the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, status reports, briefings, dashboards, and other program management documentation.
-
Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, technical teams, and other stakeholders to support program objectives and resolve programmatic issues.
-
Prepare and present program status updates, reports, briefings, recommendations, and decision-support information to management and customers.
-
Facilitate and participate in program meetings, technical reviews, working groups, and other stakeholder engagements; document decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements.

Assist with the development, review, and maintenance of program requirements, policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
-
Maintain organized program records, correspondence, reports, and documentation in accordance with organizational and contractual requirements.

Perform additional program analysis and administrative duties as required to support successful program execution.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Five (5) years of work-related experience demonstrating technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR
-
Three (3) years of specialized experience in:
-
Financial planning, budgeting, and execution of project funds for allocation purposes.
-
Integrated Management Schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting.
-
Coordination of task planning, schedule development, and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.
-
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of software applications and business practices, with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents using the Microsoft Office suite.

Experience processing complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns.
-
Experience participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews and program technical meetings.

Experience providing status and input to technical reports, white papers, and meetings.

Must have an active Secret U.S. Government security clearance. (Note: U.S. citizenship is required to maintain a Secret clearance.)

Substantial experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, and OneNote.
Preferred Qualifications:

Navy Information Dominance Approval System (NAVIDAS) experience.
-
Navy Enterprise Resource Planning experience.
Compensation Details:
$65000- $85000
