Credit Leasing Representative - National Accounts

Credit Leasing Representative

Job Duties

  • Handle day-to-day leasing activities for assigned branch, dealer, customer, and National Account leasing relationships. Maintain communication among Crown Credit Company, dealer or distribution channel, and customer from start to end of lease. Generate lease documents, support approvals, process and book leases.

  • Support assigned National Account relationships as key contact for ongoing service, issue communication, and account follow-up. Coordinate with distribution channel and internal teams to identify and close relationship or service gaps, communicate steps to strengthen retention, and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews or account meetings. Support customer quotations, order submission coordination, assigned customer pricing files, delivery requirement updates, and communication of delivery or specification changes to customers and retailers.

  • Structure, review, and approve lease and finance proposals for assigned dealers or accounts. Enter applications, validate required Secretary of State and compliance approvals, confirm tax and disclosure law requirements by state, follow up on pending leases, authorize document generation, verify and finalize lease documents, and book lease.

  • Interact with branches, dealers, customers, and National Accounts regarding contract changes and existing contract questions including rebooks, extensions, tax changes, equipment location changes, name changes, assignments, and special customer requests.

  • Conduct thorough review of customer credit information.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years related experienceAssociate’s degree (Accounting, Business, or related field) Non-degree considered if 16+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, communications, engineering, sales, marketing, or customer service. Knowledge of the Company product line, customer applications, accounting procedures, and Crown Credit or related finance processes. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience maintaining customer data, reporting, pricing files, CRM information, and customer-specific invoice or reporting formats.
