Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to support a leading insurance and risk management organization. This individual will be responsible for managing complex lost-time and indemnity workers' compensation claims while ensuring exceptional service for clients and claimants throughout the claims process.

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience. Strong experience handling lost-time and indemnity claims. Experience managing claims within Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), and Delaware (DE) jurisdictions. Active Delaware Workers' Compensation Adjuster License required. Knowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and industry standards. Experience using claims management systems and business software applications. Strong critical thinking, analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple claims effectively.

Preferred Traits Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proven ability to independently manage complex claims and drive files toward resolution.
