AI Program Manager

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Program Manager to lead coordination, governance, and execution of enterprise AI initiatives. This role will partner with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive delivery, oversee Jira work tracking, manage executive communications, support quarterly planning, and ensure financial accountability across AI programs.

Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional AI programs and drive execution across multiple workstreams. Manage Jira reporting, dashboards, ticket tracking, and dependency management. Coordinate quarterly planning, governance reviews, and leadership reporting. Develop executive communications, roadmap presentations, and status updates. Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams. Track SOWs, contractor spend, and program budgets. Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

This is a Hybrid role located in Atlanta GA- 4 days a week onsite and will pay up to $45/ hour.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Program or Project Management experience in technology environments. Strong Jira expertise, including ticket management, reporting, dashboards, and workflow coordination. Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams. Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience with financial tracking, budgeting, vendor management, and SOW oversight. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience supporting AI, GenAI, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs. PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or related certifications. Experience creating executive-level roadmaps and strategic communications. Background in large enterprise technology organizations.
