Behavior Analyst – Wilmington, Delaware

**Local Pay: $$55.20 /hour - W2 **

Shift Details:

  • M- F – full time

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support services to improve students’ learning, behavior, and social skills.

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

  • Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to improve student outcomes.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.

  • Train and guide school staff on behavior management techniques.

  • Monitor, document, and evaluate student behavioral progress.

  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student support planning.

  • Follow school policies, ethical guidelines, and professional standards.

**Minimum Qualifications **

  • Current, valid, and unrestrictedDE license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as a BCBA

  • Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,....).
