This role partners with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to support financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.What We Offer You* Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package* 401(k), PTO, and professional development opportunities* Opportunity to contribute to a global manufacturing organization* Collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement* Annual salary range: $60,000 - $75,000, commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications.What You Will Do* Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.* Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.* Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.* Support inventory accounting, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes.* Analyze inventory, labor, material, and overhead variances.* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.* Prepare financial analyses and management reports.* Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance with GAAP.* Maintain ERP accounting data and support process improvements.* Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial performance.* Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.What You Bring* Associate degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. * Manufacturing and cost accounting experience preferred.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.* Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and inventory accounting.* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Physical Requirements* Ability to sit, stand, and walk in office and manufacturing environments.* Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.* Ability to wear required PPE when entering production areas.* Frequent computer and keyboard use.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
