Job Purpose & Scope
Collaborates with other OZK Technology teams to support technology and business needs across the enterprise by designing, implementing, maintaining, and operating cloud technologies.
Essential Job Functions

Participates in the design, implementation, and management of Bank OZK’s cloud infrastructure.

Supports the operation and security of cloud solutions by assisting in the definition and implementation of best practices.

Aids in the design, implementation, and management of cloud account management structure and controls.

Partners with security teams to implement and monitor security baselines.
-
Designs and implements monitoring, reporting, and analytics tools.
-
Improves internal processes via automation and scripting.
-
Troubleshoots and resolves issues across the cloud technology infrastructure.
-
Documents complex procedures and troubleshoots processes.
-
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with end users, vendors, and managers.
-
Provides technical guidance and assistance to other OZK Technology teams.

Ensures compliance with internal/external regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.

Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of modern application development.

Ability to work without close supervision.

Skill in Microsoft PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.

Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic Qualifications
-
Associates degree or commensurate work experience, required.
-
3+ years’ work experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions, required.
-
Experience with Amazon AWS or Google Cloud, preferred.
Job Expectations
Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
