Salary: Extra Work per GTA Contract

Report Times: TBD

Daily Hours: 30 Annually

Work Year: 2026-2027

Supervisor: Director of Humanities

Minimum Requirements:

Current GCSD Certified Teacher

Desired Qualifications:

Current GCSD-certified teacher

Effective or Highly Effective, as determined by the Annual Professional Performance Review; tenure status preferred

Demonstrated commitment to district values and vision.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to multitask

Attention to detail

Knowledge of Seal of Civic Readiness requirements, projects, and rubrics

Position Summary/Responsibilities:

Communicate Seal requirements with the counseling office

Schedule Seal meetings in the building with AP, counselor, and appropriate teachers

Support tracking of student data in collaboration with the Director of Humanities and school counselors

Support improved ways of tracking student data through IC

Advertise program to students and families

Support celebration planning and celebration

Update shared drive with current GCSD handbook materials and rubric as needed

Serve on District Seal of Civic Readiness Committee
