Activity Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Swifthaven Assisted Living in Edgerton is seeking a compassionate and energetic activities director to lead engaging recreational programs and social activities for your senior residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living. nursing home or long-term care environments. With a strong focus on enhancing quality of life through meaningful activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for senior care and wellness. The activity position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of programs tailored to residents' interests and needs. Monday-Friday 9a-3p. NO HOLIDAY! An occasional Saturday or Sunday as needed. Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, sports, games, camping, and hobbies. Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly, given the available equipment or facilities.
