This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of design execution, from concept through delivery. It requires the ability to work iteratively and with multiple stakeholders and teams in a fast-paced environment, managing concurrent projects with hard deadlines. • Detail-oriented, strategic, and dedicated to producing professional, polished products.

  • Adept at managing time and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.

  • Enthusiastic about using innovation and technology to address customer challenges.

  • Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

  • A strong communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • At home on a ridiculously fun, close-knit team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide graphic design, production support, and visual communication expertise across a variety of customers and missions. Products include publications, infographics, briefings, signage, presentations, training materials, digital multimedia, marketing campaigns (large and small), environmental/wall design, templates, style guides, and branding elements.

  • Create templates, graphics, and animation in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Word; edit and prepare products for print using Adobe Acrobat.

  • Engage with customers and colleagues to brainstorm creative ideas, exchange information, make decisions, and provide updates.

  • Solve problems and think creatively to translate customer requirements into high-quality, professional graphics.

  • Apply strong analytical skills to distill complex information for non-technical audiences.

  • Manage and comply with a variety of style guides and keep graphics libraries current and well-organized.

  • Manage technical projects with limited direct supervision.

  • Adapt to change and remain flexible to evolving project needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6years of experience in graphic/multimedia design.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship (required for clearance).

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign—as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

  • Proficiency designing on PCs (vs. Macs).
