SUMMARY: i-80 Gold Corp. is seeking an organized and relationship-focused Community Relations Coordinator to strengthen connections among employees, operations, and stakeholders throughout Humboldt and Lander counties. Reporting to the Director, Community Engagement and Development, this role supports implementation of the Companys Community Development and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy. Success is measured by strong program execution, timely administration, meaningful community and employee participation, effective events, and positive relationships between i-80 Gold and the communities where it operates. JOB REQUIREMENTS: One to three years of administrative, event coordination, community outreach, or related experience (internships, volunteer work, or community involvement may be considered) Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments Experience with community partners (local governments, chambers, schools, nonprofits, Tribal communities) preferred Knowledge of the mining industry and familiarity with Humboldt/Lander counties preferred Experience with stakeholder tracking systems, community investment programs, purchase orders, or volunteer programs is an asset Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Community Engagement and Events: Build and maintain relationships with community partners and represent the Company at meetings, events, and local initiatives Coordinate community events, mine tours, school outreach, volunteer activities, donation drives, and other engagement opportunities Document community feedback, commitments, and activities in the Companys stakeholder platform Programs and Administration: Support Grants for Good, sponsorships, scholarships, and volunteer programs through recordkeeping, application tracking, and processing requests Manage sponsorship commitments, including submitting logos, coordinating attendance, and managing branded materials Maintain calendars, program files, and collect stories, photographs, and participation data for communication materials Internal Engagement and Culture: Support Operations teams to build employee participation in community programs Attend site meetings to share updates and foster informed employee engagement Build collaborative relationships across departments to promote i-80 Gold values and responsible community involvemen
