Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support to agency users throughout the Lexington area. The ideal candidate combines strong problem-solving abilities with a service-first mindset and can effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Required Qualifications:

1-2+ years of desktop support experience

Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing Windows-based hardware and software

Basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift and transport computer equipment and work in physically challenging environments when needed

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely technical support, resolving end-user issues, maintaining desktop equipment, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction
