Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

We are a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Autonomous Solutions NA (part of Volvo Group), created to transform the future of freight through autonomous trucking technology and a new transportation eco-system. Our ecosystem delivers seamless, integrated transport solutions designed to our customers’ needs and enables accelerated adoption of autonomous transportation, including business models such as Transportation-as-a-Service (TaaS). Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, we are seeing a Pricing and Network Strategy Manager to join our growing team.

What you will do

You will own pricing strategy, network economics, and the commercial models and business cases that support scalable, profitable commercialization of autonomous freight services. You will develop and maintain pricing strategies, deal frameworks, and commercial analyses across customers, corridors, services, and partnership models, and you will lead the pricing of customer RFPs, develop and price dedicated transportation models, and evaluate spot-market and brokerage opportunities to support profitable growth.

You will analyze customer value drivers, market dynamics, competitive benchmarks, and willingness-to-pay to inform pricing decisions, and you will own network economics and corridor profitability analyses that guide customer selection, network expansion, utilization, and commercial performance. You will evaluate network growth opportunities by assessing demand, utilization, capacity, and expected returns, and support contract structuring by evaluating commercial terms, pricing mechanisms, and profitability scenarios.

This role also develops standardized tools and processes for pricing and network evaluation, and track pricing performance, margins, and commercial KPIs to provide recommendations that support profitable, scalable growth.

Your future team

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Business Development, serving as a trusted analytical partner in commercial decision-making as our autonomous freight network scales.

Who are you?

You hold a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, and bring 3 to 5 years of experience in transportation pricing, network strategy, revenue management, commercial analysis, business development, or a related role. You have relevant experience managing customer RFPs, developing and pricing dedicated transportation models, and executing spot-market and brokerage opportunities, along with a track record of building business cases and profitability analyses for customer or network opportunities. You bring strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools, and you are comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Business Development.

At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth. For this position, the base pay is set at $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 and where applicable, bonus eligible.  The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.

In addition to a solid package of compensation and benefits, plus you will enjoy:

  • Competitive medical, dental and vision insurance.

  • Generous paid time off.

  • Competitive matching retirement savings plans.

  • Working environment where your safety, health and wellbeing come first.
