What You’ll Do (Your Impact):

Launch Careers: Provide personalized career counseling, develop comprehensive student transition plans, and guide graduates into high-quality jobs, college, or advanced training.

Build Business Linkages: Serve as an ambassador for Job Corps by networking with key employer partners, business leaders, and community organizations to secure industry-relevant placement opportunities.

Deliver Case Management: Partner closely with training and transition staff to deliver individualized case management, identifying and proactively resolving any personal or professional barriers to a student's success.

Mentor & Supervise: Establish supportive mentoring relationships with students during their critical transition phase, model Career Success Standards, and supervise student interns as assigned.

Protect Data & Performance: Maintain flawless student documentation with zero data manipulation, ensuring the contract consistently meets or exceeds Department of Labor (DOL) performance goals.
What You Bring:

Education & Experience (One of the following paths):
-
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Science, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.

Associate Degree in the fields listed above PLUS two (2) years of related professional experience.

License: A valid in-state Driver’s License is required, along with meeting company insurability requirements.

Core Strengths: Excellent networking and community job development abilities, strong problem-solving skills, clear professional communication, and the ability to collaborate across all campus departments.
