Job Description :
Business Strategy & Transformation Partner
-
Partner with business domain leaders within Diageo North America (NAM) to understand strategic objectives, opportunities, competitive positioning, and cost/growth targets.
-
Report/manage overall Transformation agenda for NAM ensuring initiatives are connected across functions, there is clarity on KPI and Business outcomes being impacted and programs are progressing to planned timeline and outcomes.

Evaluate and effect Diageo’s GBS (Global Business Services) participation in the NAM transformation agenda.

Facilitate structured discovery sessions that ensure NAM and GBS requirements are fully elaborated, captured and considered throughout the solutions development lifecycle.

Translate the business strategy and requirements into clear value propositions and initiative roadmaps.
Global Business Services Solution Identification & Execution
-
Design end-to-end GBS process, policy and organization architectures that incorporate standardized, scalable constructs that enable repeatability and margin optimization.

With the support of domain specialists, including process, technology data and commercial, lead the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment between business architecture, technology architecture, and operational capabilities, including;

Solution / service scope definition

Client experience blueprints

Process and controls design

Technology architecture and design

Operating model and governance structure
-
Service lifecycle model (including onboarding, offboarding and in-flight change)

SLA/OLA frameworks
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, controls and risk frameworks where applicable (e.g. SOC1)

Delivery model (global/local/hybrid)

Business Case
-
Support business case development including cost structures and investment requirements.

Use data and analytics to drive transformation decisions, measure value realization, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership through executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business performance reporting.

Recognize and understand emerging industry and technology trends to identify their potential impact and opportunity for GBS to play a role in transformation

Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across processes
Skills and Experiences expected:
-
BPMS (Business process management systems), Systems thinking, L6S certification.
-
Planning, design and execution of large transformation programs especially in Supply and Commercial areas of CPG businesses.

Change management and program execution.
-
Strong communication skills.. good enough to engage with NAM Exec/SL’s.

Tools - MS Office, power BI, exposure to AI models?
