Achieve sales goals and collaborate with management on revenue and margin targets Process orders, bids, and customer pickups accurately and efficiently Grow business by cultivating existing customers, generating new leads, and identifying value-added opportunities Resolve customer issues promptly and support all Profit Center sales activities Communicate credit-risk changes, complete required training, and perform additional assigned duties 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales preferred Effectively use Microsoft Office software Able to learn and operate warehouse material handling equipment
