As an intern, you will be paired with a mid-to-senior level employee who will serve as your mentor. This mentor/mentee relationship is designed to foster a supportive environment where you can candidly discuss your career goals and aspirations. Our one-on-one informal mentoring approach fosters the development of professional relationships that complement your academic learning, enriching your overall internship experience. You will work on a variety of project types including site design, utility design, and water resources for different clients like industrial, higher education, and commercial.These experiences will provide insights into the profession, collaborative teamwork, and serving the needs of our clients.
