Full job description

The Kit Production Coordinator supports global laboratory kit production, distribution, and order fulfillment by processing supplies accurately and on time. The role provides support to internal departments and external kit vendors and is fully office-based.

Location: West Chester, Ohio

Work Environment: 100% Office-Based

Shifts Available

  • First Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — $ 18.50/hour

  • Second Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM — $ 20.35/hour

  • Second Shift training begins Monday–Friday before transitioning to Tuesday–Saturday in mid-to-late October.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, pack, label, and perform quality checks on laboratory kits.

  • Process orders, shipping, and related kit production activities.

  • Assist with loading/unloading and provide supply and shipping support.

  • Help resolve vendor quality issues, including incorrect documents/items, order delays, inaccurate information, guideline discrepancies, and kit-building errors.

  • Support information sharing within GSS and assist with GSS/Sample Management tasks.

  • Attend occasional weekly kitting vendor meetings.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data.

Education & Experience

  • High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent plus relevant academic/vocational training.

  • Previous experience providing comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities, equivalent to at least 2 years of experience .

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, computer, data entry, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to work a regular Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, twisting, squatting, and bending.

  • Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.

  • Exposure to fluctuating temperatures and potentially infectious or hazardous substances.

Pay Details: $18.50 to $20.35 per hour
