Anisa is partnered with a well-established and rapidly growing independent wealth management firm with over $2B in AUM is seeking an Operations Manager to join its leadership team. This unique opportunity is part of a planned succession strategy, offering extensive mentorship, hands-on training, and direct partnership with senior leadership as you grow into a broader operational leadership role.

This position is ideal for a solutions-oriented professional who thrives on improving processes, leading projects, and serving as the connective tissue across an organization. You'll work closely with executive leadership, oversee key operational initiatives, support HR and compliance functions, and play an integral role in helping a collaborative, client-focused firm continue its growth trajectory.

Who We're Looking For

You may be an operations professional, office manager, HR coordinator, project manager, or business administrator within financial services who enjoys wearing multiple hats and improving how organizations operate.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day operations, strategic projects, and process improvements

• Partner with leadership on firm initiatives, technology enhancements, and operational efficiency

• Support HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and personnel processes

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and organizational priorities

• Serve as a liaison for compliance-related initiatives, policies, and regulatory updates

• Promote operational best practices and support continuous business improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or a professional services environment

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

• Experience supporting operational, HR, or administrative functions

• Comfortable learning new technologies, systems, and processes

• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
