NY1702526 Mental Health Counselor Pay: $33.47 - $40.31 per hour Job description: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality mental health services and supporting clients in achieving their treatment goals. Responsibilities: Provide individual counseling and mental health services to clients. Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and licensing requirements. Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources to coordinate client care. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities as required Preferred Qualifications: One of the following credentials: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Licensed Mental Health Counselor Permit Holder (LMHC-P). Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills. Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation. Experience providing outpatient mental health counseling. Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns.
