Standard Job Description

As an F-35 Security Representative Senior individual must be knowledgable in all Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) functions. Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP) and DOD collateral classified programs. Ensures compliance with DoDM 5205.07. Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials. Develops and conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.

Basic Qualifications

• Security Representative must be knowledgeable in DoDM 5205.07.

• Must have experience in creating Program Access Requests (PARs)

• Must be responsible for security management to include Security Education and Training. Establish, conduct, and document initial, situational, and annual training.

Desired Skills

Experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP). Ability to make high-level strategic decisions that shape organizational direction and resource allocation.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
