Inergroup is recruiting for First Shift Warehouse Kitter Jobs in Shippensburg, PA. As a Warehouse Kitter, you will play a vital role in our operations by accurately assembling and organizing materials and supplies needed for the production and distribution process by ensuring that the necessary items are properly selected, packaged, and prepared for shipment, according to the specified order requirements.

Weekly pay starting at $17/hr and great benefits available.

Responsibilities:

• Review work orders, pick lists, or requisitions to determine items needed for kitting.

• Accurately pick and gather required items from designated locations in the warehouse using handheld scanners or other equipment.

• Inspect items for damage or defects and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Package and label the materials according to established guidelines to ensure proper identification and ease of use for production or shipment.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by documenting items picked and reporting any inventory discrepancies or shortages.

• Organize and stage completed kits for easy access and efficient retrieval.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Previous inventory experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Reliable transportation to and from the Shippensburg, PA location.
