You will serve as a trusted guide, advising customers on the tools, hardware, and materials needed to successfully complete their projects. By demonstrating equipment use and sharing insights on product quality, you help our customers pioneer new solutions in their own work. Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety and the use of personal protective equipment to ensure a secure environment for everyone. Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external partners, fostering understanding and long-term relationships. Ensures all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing. Partners with customers to identify the best tools and procedures for their specific tasks; demonstrates equipment use to build customer confidence. Manages order entry and processes transactions; assists the team with the reconciliation of deposits. Coordinates via phone, e-mail, and in person with customers and team members to provide helpful information on costs and delivery. Contributes to an outgoing call strategy to support the continued growth and success of the branch. Coordinates the transfer of merchandise between locations to meet customer needs. Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a supportive manner with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
