If using your engineering skills to develop Automated Test Equipment to provide our Military and Aerospace customers technology is exciting to you then this role might be for you.

The Work:

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will:

  • Design requirements, integration and testing for all phases of the product life cycle

  • Perform engineering obsolescence trade studies

  • Perform requirements analysis using DOORS NEXT

  • Ensure successful completion of milestones leading to the full verification, validation, and delivery of product capabilities

  • Develop systems architecture and author performance specifications and interface control document

  • Read and interpret Hardware design drawings and parts list

  • Conduct integration and test execution; trouble shooting and problem resolution

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in electrical, chemical, industrial or mechanical engineering

  • Strong desire to learn about the Systems Engineering discipline including requirements development, systems design and architecture, integration, and test (I&T) and requirements verifications

  • Must be a US citizen; this position will require a goverment security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
