You support both guests and team members by promptly delivering requested amenities to guest rooms and providing Guest Room Attendants with the supplies they need to perform their duties efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help maintain a welcoming, well-organized environment throughout the property. Job Description: Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture - Deliver requested guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, rollaway beds, cribs, and small appliances - Support Guest Room Attendants (GRAs) by supplying linens, cleaning products, and equipment throughout the day - Maintain cleanliness in public areas including walkways, stairwells, locker rooms, elevators, and walls - Handle soiled linens and trash removal, ensuring GRAs carts are emptied multiple times per shift - Ensure guest and team member safety by using appropriate signage for wet or hazardous conditions - Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position - Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards - Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements - Regularly push/pull up to 70lbs - Regularly lift and/or carry up to 50lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels - Frequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist - Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer - Frequently standing and walking - Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone - Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person - Ability to distinguish between shades of color - Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity - Ability to ascend and descend stairs Work Environment Potential Conditions - Indoor - Outdoor - Smoky - Noisy - Bright flashing lights - Extreme hot cold temperatures - Slippery surfaces - Exposure to dust, fumes, and/or gases
