🚀 What You'll Be Doing:

• Reach out to customers regarding outstanding invoices via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Review aging reports and prioritize collection activities.

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments.

• Maintain accurate account notes and collection records.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Customer Service, and Sales teams to resolve account concerns.

• Monitor customer payment trends and proactively address potential issues.

• Assist with reporting and tracking collection metrics.

Requirements

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or related experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to remain professional and positive in challenging situations.

• Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• Self-motivated with a knack for problem-solving.

• B2B collections experience.

• Experience working with aging reports.

• Background in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable.

• Experience using ERP or accounting systems.
