Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, monitor and update OnBase configurations, including integration creation and support

  • Troubleshoot issues within the environment

  • Prioritize and plan work activities and set goals and objectives

  • Conduct daily Event Viewer analysis, identify and characterize incidents, generate incident reports, and investigate suspicious activity

  • Perform system analysis, design, construct and test infrastructure

  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste

  • Create process documentation for internal use

  • Participate in meetings, support strategy sessions and work groups to streamline processes for efficiency

  • Review configuration change proposals for compliance to established standards, guidelines, and policies

  • Provide guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of OnBase Engineering experience

Preferred Skills

  • Server experience/On prem experience

  • Customer Facing/Customer service experience

  • Government/State experience
