The Department of Neurological Sciences at the Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine ( LCOM ) in alliance with University of Vermont ( UVM ) Health seeks to recruit an outstanding adult neurologist to join an expanding multidisciplinary headache disorders program comprising clinical care, medical education, patient advocacy, and clinical/translational neuroscience research.
This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE clinical position with a corresponding faculty appointment in the Department of Neurological Sciences at LCOM . In addition to providing clinical care, the successful candidate will have opportunities to participate in research and service and in the education of residents, fellows, and medical students. Therefore, all applicants must be UCNS eligible/certified in headache medicine and ABPN eligible/certified in neurology. Related training or expertise in the following areas is preferred: clinical trials, translational neuroscience, and/or laboratory-based research in neuroscience.

Anticipated Pay Range
Assistant Professor: $290,000 – $330,000
Associate Professor: $300,000 – $340,000
Professor: $315,000 – $350,000
The referenced salary ranges reflect the combined total range based on dual employment by both the University of Vermont and the University of Vermont Health Medical Group. The salary ranges do not include all components of compensation. Therefore, the actual compensation paid to the selected candidate may vary from the salary ranges stated herein.
