Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Job Description This position is responsible for leading automation efforts using UiPath, providing technical support of inbound and outbound eligibility feeds, dashboard development, and custom report generation in support of internal and external customer needs. Also provides advanced technical product support for Employer Population Health applications working closely with internal and external customers. This position is also responsible for gathering business requirements for inbound analytics requests, designing and developing solutions using UiPath (RPA), Tableau, Power BI, and/or Alteryx, and presenting findings and strategic output to leadership. This position does not directly supervise others but is responsible for driving results across cross-functional teams and coaching junior developers on the best use of models, automated processes, and data standards. This is a remote opportunity however the incumbent must reside in a commutable distance to one of our Major labs in Kansas (Lenexa Lab), Missouri (St Louis Lab), Colorado (Denver Lab), Ohio (Cincinnati Lab), Indiana (Indianapolis Lab), Illinois (Wood Dale Lab, Schaumburg Lab) No Sponsorship available. Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000/ year, 5% Bonus Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Create scorecards, operational workflows, and highly interactive visualizations for regional leadership. **Database & Query Optimization:**Design, develop, deploy, and support measure algorithms in the form of complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database queries (primarily within Snowflake and SQL Server environments).
