Full job description

Job Title: HR Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our human resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other databases.

  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.

  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions, including filing, correspondence, and documentation. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in an HR support role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems. Working Conditions:

  • This position typically works in an office environment.

  • May require occasional travel for recruitment events or training sessions.
