Cable Tech- Second Shift

Job Description

Role Overview: Cable Techs form the backbone of the cable handling crew. They conduct the hands-on tasks required to safely load and stow a 250 km undersea cable onto a barge. This role involves walking the cable in a controlled manner, positioning it in the cable pan, managing connectors, and generally assisting wherever labor is needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Skills and Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a demanding job in sectors like construction, utilities, shipyard, or manufacturing. Experience with heavy materials handling or large cable/rope/hose handling is ideal. OSHA 10-Hour safety training
