Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18.20 - $18.20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Form Technician:

• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain forms and formwork equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Measure, cut, and fit materials according to specifications

• Inspect forms for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

• Previous construction, manufacturing, or formwork experience preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Interview Required

• Background Check and drug screening required
