• 2+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience

• Experience supporting acquisitions, development projects, financing transactions, due diligence, title matters, and complex real estate transactions

• Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and executive presence

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and improve

• Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS
