Through hands-on projects and daily Team collaboration, you will build communication, problem-solving, and project management skills while gaining exposure to Musco-s sales organization and Team-first culture. Essential Criteria:

• Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sports and Rec Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Motivated self-starter and collaborative problem solver

• Strong computer skills in standard MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Travel with Regional Sales Associates (RSA) and Sales Representatives to observe and support customer sales calls

• Partner with the Director of USA Field Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Associate Supervisor to support Musco sales functions and Team initiatives

• Work alongside RSAs to build an understanding of the marketplace and Musco-s solutions

• Assist with developing plans to complete lighting audits, key market research, and other special projects as assigned

• Support customer tours of Musco facilities by assisting with preparation and coordination

• Conduct detailed market research and contribute to the college conference final group project

• Full-time availability to work, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 p.m

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, Saturdays, and special events

• Overnight travel as needed

• Valid U.S. driver's license required for operating company vehicles

Duration: Summer 2027: June to August
