Supervisor, Production Operations

Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Job Description About the role: As a Production Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of production processing functions, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved. You will lead a team of operations and support professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance management while driving process improvements, operational excellence, and a high-performance work environment. Shift: Wednesday - Friday and every other Tuesday from 4:45 pm - 4:00 am What you will be doing: - Lead daily production operations, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are met. - Coach, develop, and manage team performance, including scheduling, goal setting, and performance reviews. - Monitor workflow, resolve operational issues, and support client and business needs. - Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. What you will need: - High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) - Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Operations or Production Experience - Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred - Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strongly preferred if you have: - Experience leading teams in a high-volume production, print, manufacturing, or operations environment - Experience with process improvement and performance metrics - Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting What we offer you: At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
