What You Can Expect

As Senior Manager, Product FP&A, you serve as the financial backbone of Zoom’s product portfolio, partnering directly with Product General Managers and senior leadership to shape how the company invests and grows. You translate complex financial data into clear strategic direction, operating at the intersection of finance, product, and go-to-market strategy in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment. This is a role for someone who wants their analysis to land, their recommendations to stick, and their work to visibly move the business forward. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize revenue performance and support scalable, sustainable growth.

About the Team

The Sales FP&A team sits within Zoom’s broader Finance organization, operating at the intersection of finance, sales, and business strategy. We are a talented, diverse group focused on high-impact work that directly shapes Zoom’s growth trajectory. Our team partners closely with GTM leaders across the business to drive smarter investment decisions and stronger revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target-setting, key assumptions, and investment trade-offs for each product in the portfolio

  • Own the revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products, maintaining accuracy and accountability across all planning cycles

  • Influence portfolio investment decisions by identifying where returns are strongest and providing clear recommendations on where to reallocate

  • Partner with General Managers on monthly business reviews, delivering precise analysis of what changed, why it changed, and what to do next

  • Analyze key growth drivers including churn, pricing, and product mix, converting findings into actionable business recommendations

  • Support pricing and packaging decisions through rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis

  • Evaluate product investment cases spanning headcount, R&D, and go-to-market spend

  • Prepare materials for executive staff, board, and investor discussions with clear, compelling financial narratives

  • Drive the planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles

  • Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs, models, and cross-functional handoffs with Sales Finance and Data Science

  • Coach and develop analysts who support your work

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance within SaaS or subscription businesses, with a demonstrated track record of influencing senior leaders on investment and resource allocation decisions

  • Strong command of subscription metrics including revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, and revenue recognition fundamentals

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in Anaplan, Adaptive, or a comparable enterprise planning tool, and proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Salesforce

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance audiences

  • Experience supporting a product-led or sales-driven organization with complex sales motions

  • Direct, collaborative communication style with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively alongside senior stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
