Sageworks/Abrigo Business Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a banking environment remotely. The project will focus on technical writing of procedures and training the other users to bridge the gap between business and IT. This individual will work cross functionally across the business to assist with reporting and process documentation, and support end-user training. This BA will also help maintain lending platforms and own reporting across commercial lending with PowerBI. They will interact with various different stakeholders to provide insights from the various different banking systems, translating data into tangible findings, while supporting platform enhancements and operational improvements.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Prior experience with Sageworks/Abrigo
• Strong technical report writing skills
• Experience creating procedures and process documentation
• Experience with T-SQL queries and SQL Server for automated reporting Background working in commercial lending, banking, or financial services Experience with Mortgage Cadence platform
