Description

Robert Half is partnering with a well-regarded law firm to add a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to its commercial real estate lending practice. In this fully remote position, you will guide commercial real estate financing deals from the first draft to the final recorded document, working with clients on both sides of the loan. If you thrive with autonomy and take pride in clean, well organized commercial real estate closings, this could be your next move.

Requirements

• Draft and organize commercial real estate financing agreements and the full closing package

• Review title commitments, surveys, lien searches, and organizational documents for commercial properties

• Keep commercial real estate transactions on schedule through closing day and follow through on recording and final deliverables

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years paralegal experience in commercial real estate lending transactions

• Associate's Degree, Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree

• Training at a large national firm or a similarly sophisticated commercial real estate practice

• Self directed, with a track record of success working from home
