We are currently accepting applications for an: Appraisal Specialist, Scarborough Responsibilities include: - Reviewing and completing residential and commercial evaluations and appraisals - Ordering commercial appraisals - Maintain appraisal and evaluation database - Monitor appraiser performance - Resolve appraisal or evaluation deficiencies - Work with department manager to assess environmental risk Qualifications include: - 1-3 years appraisal review or other similar experience preferred but willing to train - Understanding of accounting concepts and analytical skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills required - A clean criminal background history and satisfactory to Bank standards credit report are required
