About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EPM implementations, support, and finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud projects, collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders, and deliver scalable planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions that align with business objectives.
In this Role You Will

Lead solution architecture, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops for Oracle EPM Cloud initiatives.

Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions including EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.

Develop budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial close, consolidation, and management reporting processes.

Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.

Drive finance transformation initiatives in partnership with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams.

Manage and execute data integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Data Integration, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.

Support and optimize Essbase and Groovy-based business rules, calculations, and automation processes.

Lead BlackLine Reconciliation to Oracle ARCS migration initiatives, including assessment, design, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consulting partners to define solution roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

Provide technical leadership, mentor project team members, and promote Oracle EPM architecture best practices.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.

Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules including EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and Smart View.

Proven experience leading Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.

Hands-on experience designing budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Data Integration, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.
-
Experience with Essbase and Groovy scripting.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with cross-functional Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams.

Experience migrating BlackLine Reconciliation solutions to Oracle ARCS.

Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.

Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle Fusion Financials.

Experience defining enterprise finance transformation roadmaps and target-state architectures.

Knowledge of financial planning, account reconciliations, close management, and governance processes.

Prior experience leading offshore/onshore teams and managing external consulting partners.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $116,100 - $156,500 , depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program , based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
