Training Manager

Job Description

The Training Manager will assist Aramark's leadership and human resources teams to ensure that training needs are accurately evaluated, training programs meet management needs and support the strategic training effort.

Job Responsibilities

• The Training process on matters involving but not limited to, training facilitation and instruction, training calendars, maintenance of complete training records, monitoring the effectiveness of systems, programs and tools to enable management to effectively assess training needs.

• The Training Manager advises management on the assessment of training needs and monitors and controls the quality of program content, program delivery and training tools.

• In addition, the Training Manager ensures that appropriate facilities and equipment are secured and other provisions are made for approved training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and effective presentation skills.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Human Resources and/or Marketing

• 4 years' specialized experience in the field of training and organizational development
