What You'll Do As a Civil Engineering Intern, you'll support project teams while gaining experience in a variety of engineering disciplines, including Surface Water, Water & Wastewater, Land Development, Surface Transportation, and Aviation Engineering. Responsibilities may include: - Assisting with engineering design and analysis - Performing design calculations - Preparing plans, specifications, and construction documents - Conducting construction observation and field work - Assisting with technical reports and project reviews - Supporting project coordination and oversight under the guidance of experienced engineers - Reviewing in-house designs and technical documents - Participating in special projects and team initiatives - Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and technical staff - Performing other duties as assigned
