This role combines business development, customer relationship management, and operational leadership to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.Key Responsibilities * Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts. * Quote, sell, and support industrial tire products and services. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits. * Manage daily department operations, including scheduling, inventory, purchasing, pricing, invoicing, work order processing, and customer support. * Lead and develop technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. * Monitor department performance, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. * Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Qualifications * Experience in sales, service management, operations, or leadership. * Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in industrial tires, commercial tires, construction/OTR tires, or a related industry preferred. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Key Performance Indicators * Revenue and gross profit growth * New customer acquisition and retention * Tire sales growth * Work-in-progress (WIP) management * Work order closure and invoice timeliness * Inventory control * Technician utilization * Safety performance * Customer satisfactionIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure exceptional operational execution while serving as the face of the tire department.About Alta: Culture is Job #1.
