Your role and responsibilities
As Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution you will lead the growth and delivery of our Oracle Cloud Manufacturing consulting portfolio, combining executive client advisory, business development, practice leadership, and large-scale transformation delivery. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, shaping go-to-market strategy, and ensuring successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud programs.

Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.

Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.

Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.

Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Distribution Transformations

Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs

Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud

Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.

Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change

Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making
Required technical and professional expertise
Required Professional and Technical Expertise

15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain, and Distribution.

Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
-
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.

Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.

Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements.

Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred.

Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

Transformational Sales Acumen: Deep expertise in driving and scaling large, strategic sales engagements, with a proven track record of progressing and closing deals. Experience with complex sales cycles and navigating client relationships.

Business Transformation Expertise: Experience with Business Transformation (BTS) and Hybrid Cloud (HCS) capabilities, with the ability to develop winning business and technical solutions that meet client needs.

Competitive Strategy Insight: Deep expertise in utilizing best practices, competitive strategies, and professional networks to drive deal progression and closure, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
