Join a newly formed AI Transformation team focused on delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions that solve real business problems. This team sits at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, partnering directly with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly bring AI-powered solutions into production.

This is not a research position and it's not a platform engineering role. You'll work directly with business leaders and product teams to uncover opportunities, build AI applications, and drive measurable outcomes across a large enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable technical solutions

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic workflows

• Develop production-ready solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, MCPs, skills, tools, and modern orchestration frameworks

• Rapidly prototype ideas, validate business impact, and iterate based on user feedback

• Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Collaborate with product, program, and engineering teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes

• Help establish best practices for enterprise AI development and delivery

Required ExperienceAI Engineering

• Experience building and deploying AI applications in production environments

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents from scratch

• Strong understanding of:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Agent architectures

• Prompt engineering

• Context engineering

• Agent orchestration frameworks

• Experience building real-world solutions beyond proof-of-concept or experimentation

Software Engineering & Architecture

• Strong software engineering experience with experience across the SDLC

• Proficiency in Python and modern application development practices

• Strong systems design and solution architecture capabilities

• Ability to evaluate multiple approaches and determine the best implementation strategy

Business & Product Partnership

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, customers, or product teams

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong product mindset with a focus on business outcomes

Preferred Experience

• Multi-agent systems

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, etc.)

• AI-powered workflow automation

• Agent orchestration platforms and frameworks

• Coding agents or AI-assisted developer tools

• Cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
