This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

The FirstNet Product organization develops and manages mission-focused wireless products, offers, and customer experiences for public safety. The team drives subscriber growth and retention by advancing eligibility, activation, rate plans, promotions, digital journeys, care, compliance, and lifecycle capabilities in partnership with sales, marketing, technology, and operations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and execution for FirstNet public safety solutions.

  • Translate customer needs and market insights into product roadmaps and priorities.

  • Evaluate market potential, customer value, and growth opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally to launch and improve products, offers, and experiences.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept and requirements through launch and optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and executing distribution strategies across multiple sales channels and customer segments

  • Demonstrates strategic autonomy in understanding the customer use cases and user personas and translates this into validated product development ideas.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience

  • Proven track record of being a productive member of complex, cross-functional product initiatives.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle tools, and enterprise governance processes.

  • Ability to identify strategic growth opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AT&T Mobility, IT and ordering and billing systems.

  • Knowledge of FirstNet

  • Understanding of the public safety user

Our Lead Product Management and Development's earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
