Full job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Parking Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient management of parking permits for all employees and physicians. You will also serve as a primary contact for navigating our facilities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all visitors and staff.

Every day, you will accurately distribute parking permits, provide assistance with driving directions, site directions, and offer precise information regarding our location, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue associated with parking operations.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail in handling permits and revenue, and a strong ability to provide clear and accurate information.

  • Issuance of all St. Joseph's campus and off-campus parking assignments for all Hospital and Non-hospital departments or agencies on campus

  • Assist employees/staff members in the completion of the required paperwork, ability to explain and clarify any questions that may be asked of Traffic and Parking Regulations, and maintain the Parking Database

  • Updates and maintains off campus lots and garages

  • Facilities Commuter Options Program (metro cards, bike cages,etc.)

  • Point of contact for valet stands and shuttle buses

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Diploma

  • Two (2) to three (3) years related work experience

  • Experience with office equipment and database software

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience within a hospital or campus environment

  • Documented customer service training

Pay Range

$19.01 - $24.24 /hour
