Overview 1st shift availability for our North East (16428) facility. Learn all about powder coating & grow your skillset with F3 Metalworx! These entry-level positions (Utility) are truly entry level. If you're new to manufacturing and have a strong desire to learn, have little to no experience working in powder coating and want to develop a career in manufacturing, our utility positions are for you! F3 provides a $13 base wage (depending upon experience), plus a team performance incentive each pay period. Apply now! Must Haves 1. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 200+ lbs. in a team lift or with equipment assistance 2. Ability to walk, bend, stoup, crouch, kneel, climb, stand for 10 hours 3. Ability to work in high temperatures 4. Ability to communicate needs and concerns in a timely manner 5. Ability to read and understand process sheets 6. Ability to hear horns, buzzers, and an intercom page 7. Ability to wear proper PPE- safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and steel or safety toe shoes or boots ##Good To Have 1. Experience in a manufacturing facility 2. Powder Coating or powder coating line experience 3. Attendance - Observes prescribed work break/meal periods and has an acceptable overall attendance record 4.
