Overview

Director of Business Services will partner with five Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) who lead ISD-Engineering, ISD-Execution (West/Central/East), ISD-Operations Services, and ISD Business Services, ensuring enterprise-level initiatives and cross-functional programs are defined, organized, and delivered with speed and precision.

This role will lead a small, high-impact team of Business Analysts and Associates to support the President and EVPs, enabling the senior leadership team to focus on strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Initiative Delivery: Drive the definition, coordination, and execution of portfolio-wide strategic initiatives and transformational programs that span multiple functions. Serve as the President’s trusted partner in converting strategic objectives into clear workstreams with scope, deliverables, and success metrics.

  • Executive Support & Decision Enablement: Aggregate inputs from EVPs and their teams to build coherent, executive-level deliverables (board materials, strategy updates, business reviews, investor presentations). Synthesize complex operational and financial data into actionable recommendations.

  • Portfolio Visibility & Performance Tracking: Maintain a single enterprise view of the multi-billion-dollar project portfolio, including key milestones, financial metrics, and risk indicators. Partner with Operations Services and Business Services to integrate project controls, financial forecasting, and resource planning into strategic decision support.

  • Change Leadership & Culture Stewardship: Act as a catalyst for cultural alignment across a rapidly scaling organization by promoting collaboration, accountability, and transparency. Help embed enterprise governance, process excellence, and best practices into the leadership rhythm of the President’s team.

  • Organizational Leverage & Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of Business Analysts and Associates who directly support the President and EVPs, relieving EVPs from the need to manage individual contributors. Establish processes and tools for effective collaboration and delivery of enterprise initiatives.
